In this episode, our guest is Patrick Schnell, author of the recently published book “ChatGPT in Software Projects.” Michael and Patrick talk about the use of LLM not only for code creation, but for all phases of software development. Software architects significantly increase their own and their teams’ productivity. Language models not only help you with coding, but also with structure, optimization, and automated commenting. Requirements definitions and documentation are extremely important, especially for the flow of information in the project, but are often one of the most unpopular tasks. LLM cuts down on time-consuming manual work and creates more consistent documents.

Our online conference will be held on March 24 BetterCode() Clean Architecture instead of. The lectures present neat architectural concepts and highlight their deeper details. The event is for software architects, software developers and IT project managers who want to learn new trends and exchange experiences with colleagues. Two full-day workshops clarify theory with practical exercises.
From the program:
- Is maintenance overrated?
- Architecture from the Bottom Up – Bridging the gap between code and architecture
- From microservices to moduliths – experiences from an experiment
- What is the same as clean green? – we measured
- DDD cards – getting acquainted with the complexity of clean architecture in-game
- The future of software architecture: How GenAI and LLM are shaping the code of tomorrow
Practical workshops to attend:
- Flexible Application Architecture with Clean and Hexagonal Architecture (March 19)
- AI Capabilities for Architects and Developers: Accelerated Engineering in Practice (26 March)
