Today he is the managing director and leader maker of Selbstfuehren.de. Henning is a trainer, mentor, speaker and author on self-leadership, agile leadership, Scrum and Kanban.
Day 2 Keynote: Customer Experience at Ford
The English-language keynote address on day two will be given by Joe McElroy (Ford) and Benjamin Igna (it-Agile). In “Unleashing Agility – Transforming the Customer Experience at Ford Europe“They take participants on a journey through the automaker’s rapid transformation. The two speakers demonstrate agile principles and show how they can be used to enhance both team performance and customer satisfaction.

With a background in industrial engineering and expertise in Lean and Evolutionary Agility, he has worked with major companies like Ford and 3M, as well as tech startups from Series A to Series A. Benjamin shares his insights on agile practices through blogs and podcasts.
