Apple appears to have agreed to make its future top iPhone models significantly thinner for the first time in a long time. This new trend began with the iPad Pro M4 and will also extend to future Apple Watch models. According to a report from IT news service The Information, a “significantly thinner case” is under discussion.

Internally, Apple wants to improve RAM, at least 8 GB is being discussed, among other things.
