Initiative D21 to argueThat “right to analog” disabled dual structures are cemented and valuable resources missing. A “inclusive” digital-cavalry guide enhances pressure to develop spontaneous and accessible digital administrative services for all accessible. To combat a division of society, support measures must be part of this approach. According to a study by D21, 15 percent of the population belongs to “Digital Parihar”.
In a guest contribution to C’T Newsletter D.Digital, D21 President Mark Renehardt established a detailed demand: Digital is not only “a technical dogma, but the key to a skilled administration that serves everyone” . Analog’s right may seem comfortable on less information, but it is eventually “invitation to stagnation”. You can read a guest contribution in a completely free newspaper D.Digital.
Aggressive for digital skills of population
Initiative D21 also asks the next federal government to an aggressive for digital skills of the population. By 2030, at least 80 percent of the population should have fundamental digital knowledge and the proportion of ICT experts should increase significantly.
As the third point, D21 wants a central coordination center for cyber security skills to be a supplement to BSI. For example, it should “implement educational programs targeted for all ages”, because cyber security not only affects officers and companies. Initiative D21 is a non -profit network of about 140 member companies and organizations.
