As is well known, the price in the United States is 3499 euros plus sales tax (if applicable in the respective state).
Apple has not yet provided any information about the cost of the medium (512 GB) and most expensive (1 TB) models in South Korea and the UAE – they are also likely to be lower than in the EU. But these low prices are significantly higher than competitors like Meta Charge, even if the image quality of their devices is worse. These include Quest 3 (from €489.99) facebook mom and new cheap model Quest 3S (from €325) – The latter costs less than a tenth of the Vision Pro.

No information on sales figures
Apple is currently keeping a low profile when it comes to sales of the Vision Pro. In yesterday’s call with analysts about the quarterly data, CEO Tim Cook said only that he was seeing “continued sales momentum,” particularly in the enterprise business. The Apple CEO had previously stressed in an interview that the device is not currently a mass-market product. Apparently Apple also stopped production because warehouses were sufficiently full.
The group is currently working on a successor model to the Vision Pro. The main objective is to reduce the price, although this may affect the specifications. Apart from this “Vision”, a “Vision Pro 2” with faster chips is also being worked on. Apple is still using the M2, which was already replaced by the M3 at the time of sale.
