Vision Pro: Apple rebuilds display program, launches alternative payment method

After the pre-order started last Friday, free demonstrations of the Vision Pro, previously known only from the USA, will also begin in German Apple retail stores. It is unclear at the moment how well the Vision Pro is selling. However, there has been speculation that Apple has reduced production among its manufacturers. The main problem at the moment is the price: the company wants at least 3,999 euros for its headset in Germany (US starting price: 3,499 USD plus taxes). Apple teams are said to be working on a cheaper “Vision” model that could cost as much as an expensive iPhone Pro model, which would cost half as much as the current Vision Pro.
