AI creates lenses and memories

Snapchat is introducing new AI-based lenses that aim to provide a first glimpse of what will soon be possible thanks to AI. Lenses are ultimately filters with which you can perform practical jokes even when the camera is open – from virtual makeup to unnatural changes in appearance to alien looks or wrinkles.

AI will also move into the Memories feature. These are collages and processed old photos. For customers, AI can also create subtitles and more here. Using AI, you can also take your selfies, which can then be transferred to AI-generated images.
