Teufel Airy Tws 2 in Tests

With airy TWS 2, Teufel shows some cheap earbuds that are going to combine solid sound with good battery life and chic design. We make it clear in the test whether the in-ear headphones are worth their money.

If you want a good voice while walking, then you do not necessarily have to spend a huge amount of money. Manufacturers like Sony and Samsung have long proved that you can offer very good in-ear headphones at prices under 100 euros. In this price category, Teufel also offers ventilated TWS 2 in addition to real blue TWS 3, which is somewhat cheaper than the earbuds we tested. Compared to the preceding model, Teufel Airy promises various reforms for TWS 2, such as large tons and IPX4 certification. We looked closely on the in-ear headphone and clarified in the test for which it is worth purchasing.

Immediately when the teufel Airy, unpacking, the manufacturers rely on simple minimalism when designing. The earbuds are located with round edges and a subtle devil logo in a small, rectangular charging case. A small LED on the bottom of the housing indicates the charging level, and the connection for the USB-C charging cable is also established here.

What attacks us directly: With the real blue TWS 3, the surface of the charging code and the earbuds also matched the ventilated TWS 2. It does not make ugly dirt due to lubricant fingers on housing and headphones.

When opening the loading case, a minor resistance ensures that the hinge can be operated some rigid, but this is an advantage when the case of loading falls on the floor. Then the cover does not open so that earbuds cannot fall out. This design concept has already convinced us with Real Blue Twis 3, but it works a bit better with airy TWS 2.

Wearing earbuds does not kill us in testing. Although the manufacturer has attached the scope of delivery, which can be replaced by the scope of delivery, with which we can customize the seat, but the little oval shape of the real headphone fails the whole thing. In particular, users with small ears should have difficulty using airy TWS 2. Our test took us some time to reach a comfortable comfortable seat. During sports and speed, in-ears periodically exit the ear, which can be annoying when jogging. Teufel worked much better on the real blue TWS 3. However, people with large ears have less problems.

According to The Devil, the airy TWS 2 battery life is nine hours (medium volume), while the earbuds with the loading case are up to four times and should enable a period of up to 42 hours. While the in-age headphone has the same word as the real Blue TWS 3, the manufacturer has put one and five hours on top of the capacity of charging code. It makes a very good battery life even better, as can also be seen in our test: we can confirm the word specified.

Incidentally, the ventilated TWS 2, according to the IPX4, like the real blue TWS 3, are splash -proph and therefore workouts with light rain shower or sweat without any problem.

No big surprise we wait for us while operating Teufel Airy Tws 2. The manufacturer spreads perfectly with the touch control button and rely on control by touch gestures instead. This allows us to prevent breeding, jump to the next title, adapt to the volume, accept calls and activate ANC or transparency mode.

It works perfectly in testing. The gestures are recognized without any problem and not accidentally activate the keys. The control panel reacts firmly, but not hypersensitive.

If you want to fall back to a synonym, you have to use the Teufel GO app. All other functions can also be used without app connection. The equalizer itself contains the option to set a custom sound with various sound profiles (neutral, bass reinforcement, podcast, techno, pop, pop, height, rock and classical). Unlike Teufel Real Blue Tws 3, the app offers no other features other than equalizer and ANC control. One way to customize major assignments is missing, as well as the possibility of multipoint connection or smart poses function.

Conversely, you notice the Devil Eri Twis 2 in the sound. Teufel has installed two linear HD tones with 10 mm membrane, a significant improvement compared to the 5 mm membrane of the anterior. With the real blue Twis 3, the frequency range up to 10 Hz is for bass, while the AAC standard is used as Bluetooth codes.

Unfortunately, the sound in test can only be confident to a limited extent. In the case of podcasts and audio books, language reproduction looks strangely tiny and slightly scratches, causing EQ for podcasts to be partially treated. Nevertheless, the spoken material seems to be only average, which is also noticeable even during telephone calls.

Rather, a disappointing sound impression is still confirmed while playing music. Similar to Real Blue Twis 3, the sound looks slightly boiled, but also scratches and rough for the airy TWS 2. Songs such as “Money for Nathing” do not develop a real sound volume and the guitar refers to yellow. At the same time, the bass is strongly dominated, while the sounds of the guitar are a bit emotional. This imprint is confirmed by Pink Floid on “time”, which almost unbearablely clinks and shrinks, while the bass goes back to the foreground but remains dull.

If you want to listen to music seriously, you should invest a little more money and discover alternative earbuds such as Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. Devil ventilated TWS 2 is already suitable for the topical use of the game.

The active noise-canis function of the devil-eerbuds can be activated on the headphone or by the gesture control through the app. The noisy repression works properly in the test and typing a mechanical keyboard in the volume of about 15 meters or firmly filters ambient noises such as conversation. The noise is not fully filtered, but if you want to be your peace and calm, for example, on a visit by public transport.

The recommended retail value for teuffel aryy Tws 2 is 100 euros for all color variants (black, white, blue, red, green). However, the manufacturer offered In-Kann for a while for 80 euros. Currently they are only blue, red and green in colors 95 Euro Available.

With the real Blue Twis 3, Tafael also provides both charging cases and earbuds for 40 euros in the shop personally. So if you lose a headphone or loading case, you can get a cheap replacement and do not need to buy everything again.

Teufel Airy Tws 2 leave us slightly divided. The earbuds are cheap, but also it is worth noting in sound. They are very expensive at the price of 100 euros, for a low price of 80 euros you can think of purchase. An advantage of airy TWS 2 is that long battery is life that is impossible compared to other in-ear headphones. ANC function also works well. Anyone who loses single earbud or loading case can buy everything individually – another plus for devils. Unfortunately, the sound is not only the yellow of the egg. There are better headphones for comparable wealth such as Google Pixel Buds Pro or Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. In our opinion, Teufel Real Blue Tws 3 is a better option.
