OKRs link clear, focused goals (objectives) with measurable successes (key results). Goals are not set from above, but are developed at the relevant company level in collaboration with employees. This creates a strong identity for everyone involved in the strategic goals.
The conference is aimed at agile trainers, agile management and managers, Scrum Masters, OKR Masters and anyone deeply interested in the topic of OKRs.
Six lectures simplify the use of OKRs

How can inclusive leadership be achieved? one possibility is Diamond Power IndexWhich Lucas Höhler presents in his two-day online workshop. On January 27 and 28, 2025 (9 am to 1 pm), interested parties will learn how they can create a working environment in which everyone involved feels included and contributes their talents.
Workshop participants should be prepared to reflect on their own behavior and recognize their own growth potential. Basic knowledge of English is helpful as some of the teaching material is in English.
