Company Apple has officially confirmed the presentation of new iphone16 Next September 9 at an event that will be held, as usual, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific time (7:00 p.m. in Spain) at the Steve Jobs Theater in Apple Park. The event can be followed live on Apple.com and the EL PERIÓDICO website.
Reservations are expected to begin on Friday, September 13, and the iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods will hit the market next Friday, September 20.

It is expected that the company will reveal this in the next ‘Apple Event’ iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max. Some experts of the brand have reported that a new model could also arrive: the 16 Ultra.

It will have a 6.1-inch OLED screen, dual cameras, and will be the most accessible model in terms of price.

Features and improvements
The camera modules in the most basic versions are expected to adopt a vertical arrangement of lenses instead of the current diagonal; all of them have thinner screen bezels, and the Pro and Max models have an increased screen diagonal compared to the previous generation.
They will integrate the A18 Bionic chip which promises improvements in the CPU and GPU along with enhanced artificial intelligence possibilities.
The screen size will increase to 6.7 inches and 6.9 inches in the Pro and Pro Max. The Pro model will have a telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom.

Regarding the integration of new intelligent functions, remember that Apple presented its AI strategy on June 10 based on functionalities built on its own technology (Apple Intelligence), improvements in the capabilities of its conversational assistant Siri and the integration of ChatGPT from OpenAI.
