Stylish, elegant and sporty – how the Garmin Lily advertises active. We tested the smartwatch and showed whether it really deserves your money.

Lily 2 active also recognizes sleep and wake-up time as well as the steps that wake up at night. After waking up, a sleeping score is displayed that evaluates the quality of night recovery. In practice, the system works properly, but should not be used as the only decision for intensive stress. However, it provides useful orientation.
