iPhones have long been fast enough even for more demanding games. Apple recently emphasized this again after the WWDC developer conference in the summer of 2024. However, playing titles like “Resident Evil 4 Remake”, “Assassin’s Creed: Mirage” or “Death Stranding: Director’s Cut” via the touchscreen is not very pleasant. Cases with integrated game controllers are an option because with them you hold the iPhone in your hand and you do not have to put the smartphone anywhere – as is the case with normal gaming peripherals. According to provider spine Apple accessories specialist Zick also now has a related product available. It is cheaper and more variable than the competition.
