“Astro Bot” won the main award for Best Game at this year’s Game Awards, and the PlayStation title also won Best Action and Adventure Game and Best Title for Families. The game also won Best Direction. Nominations for game awards are first selected by a jury of journalists, and the community has a stake in the winners: the jury’s votes count for 90 percent, the players’ choices count for 10 percent of the result – only the players. With the sound of the award, the community alone chooses the winner. The title of best game was won by “Baldur’s Gate 3”, and the year before that by “Elden Ring”.
