Hot Reload Updates
As the development team behind Felgo points out, there is a standalone release of the product Felgo QML Hot Reload This year marked a milestone. This version can handle all versions and platforms of the Qt development framework, is more lightweight and can be used with both pure Qt and Felgo projects.
With Felgo 4.2, the latest hot reload improvements now come directly in the SDK. Also, “Felgo Live” has been renamed to “Felgo Hot Reload”. The Felgo Live client is now the Felgo Developer App and the Felgo Live Server is now called Felgo Hot Reload.
The main functionality includes modifying QML and JavaScript code at runtime while keeping the application state intact. Felgo Hot Reload can be used with any IDE and displays QML errors directly while developers can continue programming without interruption.
