Creative Pebble Pro in the test: PC speaker area with good sound

Creative used to be the go-to brand when it came to sound in PCs. Fans will remember primarily sound cards called SoundBlaster, but the company is now making PC speakers as well. For this test, we looked at the Creative Pebble Pro, which impresses not only with its spherical design, but also with sound and LED lighting.

  • Extraordinary ball design
  • RGB lighting
  • Bluetooth, AUX and USB-C

Creative Pebble Pro is now available 50 Euros To get them, they are only available in black.

The design of the Creative Pebble Pro is undoubtedly the highlight of the PC speaker. Because, as mentioned at the beginning, most PC boxes are square boxes, the manufacturer Creative chooses an almost circular design. The body is flattened only at the bottom and front – the bottom is flattened to stand on it, the front is flattened to provide space for the speaker membranes. It is hardly noticeable and is really attention-grabbing. However, it is a shame that Creative only uses plastic, which reduces the price somewhat. The eye-catching is supported by RGB LEDs that illuminate the installation space in a circle. You can also see a round volume control on the front, the connections are on the back. You can also see the back of the membranes there.

The Creative Pebble Pro can be connected to a PC or laptop via Bluetooth, jack or USB-C. The ports for this are installed at the bottom rear. The sound balls also receive power via USB-C. There are also two jack connections for a microphone and a headset on the side – practical.

The sound of the Pebble Pro, like the case, is well-rounded. There is a bit of bass, but mainly mids and pleasant highs can be heard. Despite the surprising level given the small size of the Pebble, it is not loud enough for a party due to the lack of depth, but the clear sound is easily enough for videos or music.

Creative Pebble Pro is now available 50 Euros To get them, they are only available in black. We also show other cheap and popular PC speakers in the price widget.

Creative’s Pebble Pro is particularly impressive with its circular design including RGB lighting. It is largely unique and anyone who values design will have to own it. It’s a shame that the manufacturer only uses ordinary plastic, which reduces the price somewhat.

However, there is still room for improvement when it comes to sound. Although it is balanced and clear, it lacks bass due to the small size of the sound balls. Users can also play music from their cell phones on it and there is basically no harm in purchasing.
