In the hearing test, JBL Flip 6 prefers with a powerful, dynamic sound. Bass breeding is surprisingly darker and accurate to the speaker of this size. Inactive radiator ensure a rich foundation.

JBL Flip 6 depends on Bluetooth 5.1. The limit is about 10 meters. The connection remains stable in the test, even if there are a wall or other obstacles between the smartphone and the speaker.

In Bluetooth connection, the box codecs support SBC and AAC. However, high-RES-codes such as APTX or LDAC are not supported. Flip 6 knows multipoint.

JBL Flip 6 is an all-round successful Bluetooth speaker, which assures in almost all cases. We prefer especially chic, strong and waterproofing designs as well as two-way sound system, which tickle an impressive sound from the small form factor. The party boost function also enables add additional loudspeakers. The app is minimal, but provides at least a simple equalizer.

Lack of AUX input may be a loss for some users, and a power bank and a hand-free work will be a welcome additional.
