With an update of Android 16, Google has announced a new control center for security tasks. However, with a stable version, which is shortly before the publication, the centralized “extended security program” is not yet visible, but only with the QPR1 version that comes in the autumn. The “extended security program” is not completely new, but the tasks are still scattered. With the upcoming updates, Google packs the settings in one place, but also integrates four new security tasks. It also applies that the safety of the device should be active by the user.
