After two years in Munich, Digital Design & UX 2025 (DDUX) will take place in Dortmund. The conference, organised by dpunkt.verlag and iX in collaboration with MaibornWolff, offers 24 lectures on the design of digital content over two days. The conference ends a day later with a workshop.

Digital Design and UX Focuses on the overall design of good digital products and services, because software and other digital products need the right interface for us humans. Expertise such as UX design, product management and testing must come together in interdisciplinary teams to identify and harness technology potential.

This conference connects people from different professions whose heart beats for design and technology. It is primarily targeted towards product and service managers, usability and user experience professionals, digital designers, requirements engineers, and product owners.
Lectures wanted
The organizers are waiting till December 7 in the call for proposals Posts related to the motto Digital Design. Connects. Possible topics are:
- Role profiles, methods and techniques in design teams
- Processes in the design of digital products
- Programming skills, understanding of architecture and frameworks
- Artificial Intelligence for Design Processes
- Use of AI and Extended Reality (XR) in products
- Collaboration between developers, designers, and stakeholders
- Looking to the future: what’s the next important technology?
We are looking for lectures of 30 minutes duration as well as half-day and full-day workshops. Experience reports are particularly welcome.
