On November 5, Agile coach Alexandra Koch will show how product owners can contribute to high-impact teams. The workshop is aimed at all product owners who want to make connections between their work as a product owner and the development of the team. Among other things, they learn how to create psychological safety and how to effectively implement reflection mechanisms with and between different target groups.

The next day the workshop “Mission Future Competence” will be conducted by OKR expert Steffi Baginski, who previously worked as a collaboration partner OKR Day Anyone who attends will learn how leadership works in an adaptive organization and how their own team can become a high-impact team with the help of OKRs.
